TEAMS:	Buffalo, Burns/Pine Bluffs, Douglas, Newcastle, Rawlins, Torrington, Wheatland, Worland
LOCATION:	TA Guest Ranch 28627 Old Hwy 87 Buffalo, WY 82834 (14 miles South of Buffalo High School)
ENTRIES:	Registration on MileSplit Opens at 1:00 am on Monday, October 9 Closes at 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 12 JV (Girls & Boys) - 7 runners Varsity (Girls & Boys) - 7 runners
TIMING:	Competitive Timing
PACKETS:	Available upon arrival and will include: AOY / COY ballot, map, race instructions, team rosters, bibs, trash bag, etc.
AWARDS:	The top 10 runners in each VARSITY division will be awarded as 3A East Absaraka All-Conference (Girls / Boys) All-Conference runners will be awarded a certificate on the award podium All-Conference runners will receive medals from their school JV runners are not eligible for All-Conference awards Team Champions (Girls / Boys) will receive the 3A East Absaraka Conference traveling trophy Athlete of the Year (Girls / Boys) will be voted on by head coaches and awarded during the awards ceremony Coach of the Year (Girls / Boys) will be voted on by head coaches and awarded during the awards ceremony Honorable Mention All-Conference is awarded at the discretion of each head coach - certificates can be received from your school
COURSE:	The race course consists of grass, single track, & gravel road *Map attached
FACILITIES:	Team camps may be set up in the common grass area (please keep team camps along the outside next to the fence) Porta-Potties will be available on site. Locker room facilities will not be available.

PARKING:	Buses - please park in the designated bus only area upon arrival Spectators - please park in the designated parking areas. Those arriving after 1:00 pm may not be able to park in the main parking areas as races have started and conflict with the main road / course - these vehicles will park outside the race area and walk 0.5 miles to the central course area.
FOOD & TEAM MEALS	TA Guest Ranch Restaurant will open at 5:00 pm for spectators TBD
ENTRY FEE:	N/A
ATHLETIC TRAINING:	Buffalo EMS will be on site with EMT's and an ambulance to provide medical support. NO athletic trainer will be available.
