Wyoming Indian Invitational Cross Country Meet

September 11, 2021

JV Girls 11:00 A.M. JV Boys 11:45 A.M. Varsity Girls 12:30 P.M. Varsity Boys 1:00 P.M. High School Awards 1:30 P.M.

Fee: $150.00 per school, regardless of the number of runners or teams. Invoice is attached.

Scoring: We are using Competitive Timing out of Billings and need all coaches to enter their contestants into milesplit.com. Varsity races are limited to 7 entries per school, jv races are unlimited entries. Please make these entries by Wednesday, September 8 at 12:00pm. The meet is called Chief Nation 2021.

Course: The high school course is five kilometers. The course will be held at Wyoming Indian High School. The course path will be grass, road base road, some will be dirt. Arrive early enough if you want to walk the course.

Bus Parking: Buses will drop off and pick up athletes by the front of the tech center. Then go on the paved road behind the school and park by the bus barn. We will send out a map with all the parking areas.

Awards: Top 10 ten individuals in each division Var. Boys, Var. Girls, JV Girls, JV Boys will get medals.Top two teams in each division will get a plaque. And the lowest combined score of varsity boys and girls will receive a teepee (must have a team score in each race). The top individual runner in the Varsity races will receive a pair of moccasins. Races will be scored using 2A scoring - 4 scorers + 3 pushers.

Restrooms: Port-a-Potties will be made available in the parking lot and down by the course.

Awards: All awards will be handed out on-site.
