On the surface, the answer is yes, Cody and Powell have been within a couple of points several times in 2023 and Powell came out on top two weeks ago at home. With virtually the same team in average time and 1-5 split it will likely come down to which team is the most prepared, focused, and willing to go to the well to bring home the team title
