Entry Deadline: Entries are due on Milesplit by 12:00 pm on Thursday September 17, 2026
Check-In:You can pick up course maps at the table across the bridge near the
start/finish line
Date & Time: Friday September 18, 2026. Your athletes may walk the
course at 9:00. The first race will begin at 10:00 a.m.
Place: Pine Haven Golf Course located in Pine Haven, Wyoming, thirteen miles
northeast of Moorcroft.
Our meet will be timed by Hand Held Timing
Course: The High School races are 5K (3.1 miles). The course
is a two-lap course and run mostly on grass fairway, grass roughs and some
gravel. Spikes may be worn on this course. The Junior High School races are one
lap, 2.5K. (1.5 miles)

ALL TIMES!

p.m. - Men's Varsity race
Awards: Awards will be presented
at the completion of the final race at the Start Line.
Top
10 places will receive awards in each race. No Team Score will be kept.

the park will be available.
Bus Parking: Parking will
be available in the parking lot at the golf course.
Course Markings:The course will be marked using flags and painted white
arrows.It is the responsibility
athletes to make sure that they know the course.
