2PM - Junior High Girls - Boys to follow, JH Awards around 3:20 (top 10)
3:30PM - High School Girls (5k) followed by boys and High School Awards (top 10)
Location: White Mountain Golf Course

Registration: Please sign up on Mile split by or on Tuesday, Sept. 29
Course: 5 Kilometers (3.1 miles) for HS and 2.3 mi for JH (will move start line) map attached
Busses: Can drop off in the lower parking lot - drive past the main clubhouse entrance, around the curve, and you will see a turn to the left for the lower lot entrance here:

Awards/Timing: Top 10 individuals in each race will earn a medal! We will use webscorer and/or hand timers and post results for all high school athletes to milesplit
Fees: Your only fee is being a Tough Pumpkin as a coach, athlete, or human
**TOUGH PUMPKIN AWARD**
We believe in celebrating GRIT and perseverance as well as top 10 medalists. In this spirit, we will have a Pumpkin for each team. Each coach, please think of one athlete from your team who has embodied these qualities this season. You will award the pumpkin to said athlete with a little public speaking at the awards ceremony. Prepare a few short words about why this athlete has earned your team's "Tough Pumpkin." - Perhaps encourage them to carve it with something that represents your team and bring it back to practice!
