Meet Information
Date: Friday September 26th
Schedule:
8:30- Course open for teams to walk
10:00- Youth Boys and Girls
10:30- Middle School Boys and Girls
11:15-Awards
Awards: The top ten individuals in each division (YG, YB, MSG, MSB) will be recognized and receive a medal.
Packets: We will provide packets upon arrival. Maps and bibs will be provided in these packets; please arrive early enough to walk the course before the start of the first race.
Water: Water and Gatorade coolers will be provided on a picnic table near the start/finish.
Locker Rooms: Locker room facilities are not provided. Restrooms are located near the football field.
Course:
-The youth course is one lap through and around the campus of Wind River Schools.
-The middle school course is the same as the youth course but with one lap around the track.
The footing is a combination of grass and dirt with a few sections of pavement. The start and finish take place in the Olive Grove.
Bathrooms: The bathrooms are located near the high school football field.
Fees: No Fee for middle school
Entries: We will be using Wyoming Milesplit. Both races are unlimited entries. Entries close at 4:00 pm on Thursday September 25th.
Bus Parking: Please park buses near outdoor basketball courts.
