WHEATLAND TRACK AND FIELD INVITATIONAL

WHSAA SANCTIONED QUALIFYING MEET

9:00 a.m.

ENTRIES:Please use milesplit to make your entries. You may enter one relay team per relay.  Throws will be limited to 6 entries per team per event.  Entries need to be entered NO LATER THAN Wednesday, March 26h at 5 p.m.  It is extremely helpful if you will double check your entries for proper times and marks. Each team may be expected to facilitate a field event.

FACILITIES:All weather 8-lane track and runways, 1/8 spikes only,

limited dressing room space so please come dressed if possible. The discus is located two blocks north west of the track at Dearinger Park.

RULES:All WHSAA and National Federation Track rules will be

followed.  This is a sanctioned meet.

SCORING:10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

TIMING:F.A.T.

CHECK-IN & SCRATCHES:Coaches packets may be picked up in the shed at 9:00 a.m.  Scratches for running events should be made when packets are picked up.  Scratches for field events may be made at the event site.  Please no additions. 

ENTRY FEE:$100 per school.

NO PRELIMS - ALL RUNNING EVENTS AGAINST TIME!!!

FIELD EVENTS -9:00 a.m.

These events will begin at 9:00 A.M

1. Girls Pole Vault (starting height 66) followed by Boys Pole Vault (starting height 96)

2. Girls Discus followed by Boys discus

3. Boys Long jump followed by Boys Triple Jump (south pit)

4. Girls High Jump followed by Boys High Jump

5. Boys Shot put followed by Girls Shot put

6. Girls Long jump followed by Girls Triple jump (north pit)

RUNNING EVENTS - 11am (4 x 800 relay 10am)

(NO PRELIMS - ALL RUNNING EVENTS AGAINST TIME)

Order of races will be:

1. Girls Varsity

2. Boys Varsity
