Meet Information
Rock Springs "Tough Pumpkin" XC Meet 2023. The 5k course will be the same as previous years at White Mountain Golf Course. We will move to 2PM race start for Girls , boys to follow. We will have medals for top 10 finishers. Please have your entries in by 7pm on Wednesday 10/4. We'll have assigned bibs for your athletes. We'll use web-scorer as a primary and a backup hand timer. If you'd like to walk the course, it'll be clear of flying golf balls after 12PM
**TOUGH PUMPKIN AWARD**
We believe in celebrating GRIT and perseverance as well as top 10 medalists. In this spirit, We will have a Pumpkin for each team. Each coach, please think of one athlete from your team who has embodied these qualities this season. You will award the pumpkin to said athlete with a little public speaking at the awards ceremony. Prepare a few short words about why this athlete has earned your team's "Tough Pumpkin."
