Start Times:
9:00am - Implement weigh-ins
9:30 am - Coaches meeting - behind the stadium.
We will establish starting heights in High Jump and Pole Vault at this meeting.
10:00 am - Field events begin.
11:00 am - Running events begin.
Entry Fee/Awards: None
Registration: MileSplit (Puncher Invite) Open until 8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 13.
Qualifications:
This is a WHSAA state sanctioned meet for qualifying marks. We will have qualifying forms available for signature or fax them to the high school.
Field Events:
Four jumps or throws. No finals. We will measure the first fair jump for each individual in Long and Triple Jump and then use a minimum line. Any jump over that line will be measured. We will use flags for the four throws and measure the longest throw. We would like to have all horizontal jumps completed before we start running events. Please have athletes check in at the events or they will be scratched.
Dressing:
Shared locker rooms will be available. Locker rooms will not be locked, so please take care of your valuables and gear. BPHS will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. School is in session until 3:23 pm, athletes are restricted to the locker rooms inside the building.
Team Camp:
No team camps on the infield of the stadium. Camps may be set up on the middle school playground to the southeast of the track or behind the stadium, away from discus rings
Bus Drop-off and Parking:
Buses can drop athletes off behind the high school by the locker room doors. Please park
buses in the Big Piney Rec Center parking lot. Keep the bus loop on the South side of the
high school clear, as we have route buses entering this area from 3:23 - 3:45 pm.
Format:
Running events will all be timed finals. Please try to be accurate on time and distances on MileSplit for proper seeding.
