GENERAL INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS

BUS PARKING: Buses will park in the bus loop, the parking lot (NE end), or next to the highway.
SANCTIONED: This is a WHSAA sanctioned qualifying meet..
ENTRIES: Milesplit.com - Entries will close on Thursday May 6th at 10:00 am. Unlimited entries per event.
SCRATCH MEETING: Team Packets will be available upon arrival, scratches can be made when you arrive or at the event. Late additions are possible but not guaranteed.
IMPLEMENT WEIGH: Shot Put/Discus weighing at the equipment shed (concession building) @ 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm. *NO IMPLEMENTS ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD*
TRACK LAYOUT: 4 Lane all weather rubberized track and runways.
TEAM CAMPS: Team Camps can be set up outside the fenced track area but no camps on the football field please. The bleachers can be used as well.
TRACK WARM-UP: The Track will be available for warm-up at 4:15 pm.
SEEDING & ENTRIES: Athletes will be heated & seeded according to actual or projected entry marks. There will be no finals. Unlimited entries - four events maximum per competitor.
VALUABLES: Sheridan County School District #1 will not be responsible for any personal belongings or school items lost.
SPIKES: 1/8 Pyramid Spikes or Running Flats Only.
MEET START: 5:15 pm for All Events
FIELD EVENTS: Report at 4:55 p.m. Events begin at 5:15 p.m. (no pole vault event)
All Jumps and Throws will receive 4 attempts and no finals.
RUNNING EVENTS: No Running Events
ENTRY FEE: $50 per team
RESTROOMS: Locker Rooms will not be available - Restrooms are available at the concession stand.
