**** This is a WHSAA sanctioned state qualifying track meet**** 

Date: RESCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, MAY 6TH 2026

Location: Ranger Stadium 

Teams: Kemmerer, Farson, LYMAN, BIG PINEY

Schedule: 

  • Implement/Pole Vaulter Weigh-ins @3PM-3:30PM - Shed on South end of Track 

  • Coaches Meeting @ 3PM - Shed on South end of Track 

  • Field Events @ 4pm, running events @ 5:30pm  

  • Senior Recognition will follow the 1600-meter run 

Entries: 

  • Due on milesplit.com by WEDNESDAY MAY 6TH @ 8AM

  • Each athlete is only allowed to compete in a total of 4 events. 

  • Teams are allowed to enter up to two relay teams. Only the highest scoring team will be scored for team scores. 

  • Please e-mail scratches to chartung@rangers1.net when you leave your school on the day of the meet. Last minute scratches can be made as teams arriveat the announcer's booth. 

  • There will be no additions on the day of the meet. 

Entry Fee:  

  • NO TEAM ENTRY FEE 

Equipment: 

  • Pole Vault, Shot Put, Discus -   

  • 1/8" spikes only

Timing: 

  • We will be using our automatic timing system. 

Other Information 

  • Bus Parking- After unloading teams, please have your bus park in the dirt lot west of the stadium.

  • Locker Rooms will be available at CES (North of the Stadium) 

  • No camps will be allowed on the football field. Camps should be located in the stands or on the grass at the north or south ends of the track.  Coaches are responsible for monitoring and cleaning up your team camp area. Trashbags can be obtained from the hospitality room.  

  • There will be concessions available 

  • Restrooms are located at the concession stands

Schedule of Events 

Coaches Meeting - 3pm 

Field Events - 4pm 

  • Horizontal Jumps - High school competitors will have four (4) jumps scored as finals. Middle school will have three (3) jumps scored as finals. Minimum marks will be verified at the coaches' meeting. 

  • Vertical Jumps: Starting heights will be determined based upon entries and verified at the coaches meeting prior to the start. 

  • Throwing Events: Competitors will be given four (4) attempts which will be recorded as finals. High School will use a 2 + 2 throw format.  Middle School will use a 2-1 throw format. All legal throws will be measured. 

  • Please have athletes check in at the field events or they will be scratched.Running events take priority over Field Events 

Order of Field Events 

  • Round 1 - HS and MS Boys High Jump, HS and MS Boys Triple Jump, HS Girls Long Jump (South Pit), MS Girls Long Jump (North Pit), HS Girls and Boys Pole Vault, MS Boys Discus, MS Girls Shot Put

    Round 2 - HS and MS Girls High Jump, HS and MS Girls Triple Jump, HS Boys Long Jump (South Pit), MS Boys Long Jump (North Pit, MS Girls Discus, MS Boys Shot Put

    Round 3 - HS Girls Discus, HS Boys Shot Put

    Round 4 - HS Boys Discus, HS Girls Shot Put

Running Events - 5:30pm 

  • All running events will be timed finals. 

  • We will need help from each team with Hurdle and Exchange Zone JudgesAssignments will be determined at the coaches meeting

  • 100 Intermediate Hurdles(MS Girls, MS Boys, HS Girls) 

  • 110 High Hurdles (HS Boys)

  • 1600 Meter Run (MS Boys and Girls Combined, HS Girls, HS Boys)
