• The maximum number of events a contestant may enter is four (4). The 2026 NFHS Track & Field Rule Book will be followed. Entries will be completed on Milesplit. Entries must be submitted by Friday, 2/27/26 at 8:00 AM.

  Entry Fee: $100.00 per school

RUNNING EVENT SCHEDULE Running events begin at 11:00 AM. This is a rolling schedule. Girls will run first in each event, followed by boys. Competitors must listen for first, second, and final calls over the PA system.

Block Restrictions Blocks will not be used in the 200M or 400M unless the athlete has run under 25 (200) or 60 (400) for boys. Blocks will not be used in the 200M or 400M unless the athlete has run under 30 (200) or 70 (400) for girls.

Shot Put Minimum Measurement

Girls must reach 25 feet to receive a measured throw.

Boys must reach 35 feet to receive a measured throw.
