Please unload buses at the back of the building.We are going to have unlimited entries again this year.  I would please ask to use some discretion when putting your kids into events.  Athletes will only be allowed 4 total events one of which may be a relay.

Field events will start at 9:00 a.m. The mile will begin at 11:00 AM.  Please make sure your milers entered in field events get into the first couple heats.  We will use the time from approximately 11:30 to 12:00 to wrap up field events.  The hurdles will begin at 12:00 P.M., or sooner.  Each team will be asked to run a field event.  I know it gets to be long and demanding, but I will need help timing as well.  If teams can make available one person to confidently run a stop watch it will make the day run smoothly once running events  begin.

There will be a coaches meeting at 8:30 a.m.

Distance & Height:

Athletes must meet the following minimum distances to get a measured mark or will be given minimum distance in the Throwing events Long jump and the Triple jump:
