Top performance 2: Brunner Returns to Action in Style
Charlie Brunner, the junior from Thompson Valley who did not register a mark in the MileSplit network for the entire 2016 track season came back in force.
Brunner started his meet by winning the 110m hurdles in a new PR 15.26. He then came back an hour later and won the 300 hurdles in 41.71. He finished his meet by taking fifth in the long jump at 18-9.
There might have been a hint of a smile on the face of Thompson Valley head coach Matt Norton.
