David Rosas played a key role in the CBA-Don Bosco Prep duel at the New Jersey Group Championships which went down to a sixth runner tiebreaker. The sophomore Rosas was the #2 runner for the Don Bosco boys, who lost on the tiebreaker to the preseason #1 ranked CBA boys. Rosas posted a strong time of 16:08 on the challenging Holmdel Park course, but ran 15:35 for 5K earlier in the month on a quicker course.
