Wyoming high school track and field athletes posted personal records across multiple events during regional competition on May 15.
Tybri Kenney (Cheyenne East) ran 12.70 in the 100 meters at Wyoming 4A East Regionals, improving from her previous best of 13.28. The freshman ranks #24 in Wyoming and #6 among freshmen statewide, placing 7th of 21 competitors.
Lillia Joslyn (Campbell County) clocked 2:23.20 in the 800 meters at Wyoming 4A East Regionals, lowering her previous personal record of 2:28.37 set in April. The junior moved to #21 in Wyoming and #12 among juniors, finishing 6th of 14 competitors.
Abigail Carrillo-Zarate (Star Valley) threw 42-8.25 in the shot put at Wyoming 4A West Regionals, breaking her previous mark of 39-7 from May. The senior's throw set a Star Valley High School record and ranks #5 in Wyoming and #4 among seniors, earning first place among 27 competitors.
Lauren Linn (Rawlins) ran 12:18.09 in the 3200 meters at Wyoming 3A East Regional Championships, improving from 12:35.73. The junior ranks #29 in Wyoming and #14 among juniors, placing 2nd of 10 competitors.
Brianna Dale (Rock Springs) cleared 11-0 in the pole vault at Wyoming 4A West Regionals, bettering her previous height of 10-8. The junior ranks #8 in Wyoming and #4 among juniors, finishing 3rd of 15 competitors.
Paisley Hollingshead (Lander Valley) ran 15.28 in the 100m hurdles at Wyoming 3A West Regional Championships, improving from 15.55 set in May 2024. She ranks #8 in Wyoming and placed 2nd of 20 competitors. Hollingshead also set a personal record in the 300m hurdles with 45.45, improving from 46.91.
Ashley Rogge (Thunder Basin) clocked 14.39 in the 100m hurdles at Wyoming 4A East Regionals, lowering her previous best of 14.64 from May. The senior's time set a Thunder Basin High School record and ranks #2 in Wyoming and among seniors, winning the event among 19 competitors. Rogge also recorded personal bests in the long jump (18-5.25) and 300m hurdles (43.98).
London Weaver (Cheyenne Central) ran 15.55 in the 100m hurdles at Wyoming 4A East Regionals, improving from 15.95. The junior ranks #15 in Wyoming and #4 among juniors, placing 6th of 19 competitors. Weaver also set a personal record in the 300m hurdles with 47.88.
Alina Olmos (Cheyenne East) ran 13.01 in the 100 meters at Wyoming 4A East Regionals, improving from 13.17. The junior ranks #47 in Wyoming and #7 among juniors, finishing 13th of 21 competitors.
Mili Meza Perdomo (Wright) clocked 14.65 in the 100m hurdles at Wyoming 1A-2A East Regionals, improving from 14.84. The sophomore's time set a Wright High School record and ranks #4 in Wyoming and #1 among sophomores, winning the event among 25 competitors. Meza Perdomo also ran a personal best 25.33 in the 200 meters.
Cassie Barker (Evanston) ran 15.13 in the 100m hurdles at Wyoming 4A West Regionals, improving from 15.29 set in May. The junior ranks #7 in Wyoming and #2 among juniors, placing 2nd of 17 competitors. Barker also set a personal record in the 300m hurdles with 47.21.
