This week's tasty races are the girl's 400 Meter finals for the 4A East and 4A West Regional Championships this past weekend.
In the 4A East final, Addison Forry (Laramie) needed a PR 58.41 to get the win over Sydney Morrell's (Central)PR 59.49
In The West Ada Nelson broke 60 for the first two times ever, running 52.22 over Ella Spears at 59.55
